So follow the below steps to enable "HTTPS support to subdomains" : 

  1. Go to Blogger
  2. Choose which blog you want to enable HTTPS support
  3. Now go to Settings
  4. You'll see HTTPS settings there
  5. then select Yes for HTTPS Availability (as shown in the picture below).
  6. Done! now see your blog. i.e :

Are you a custom domain user ? then no problem I have read their official blog of google that this is first version but after sometime they will launch HTTPS support to custom domain users. So wait until they roll out new update.
